Care pathway

When to consult Dr. Juan Guillermo Aguirre Restrepo.

A dental consultation is useful for preventive check-ups, dental discomfort, restoration review, gum bleeding, sensitivity, or questions about oral hygiene habits.

  • You need a general review of teeth and gums.
  • You want to prevent cavities, gum inflammation, or plaque buildup.
  • You have a restoration that bothers you, fractured, or needs evaluation.
  • You are looking for periodic follow-up to maintain your oral health.
  • You have a lesion or condition that may require specialized evaluation with Dr. Eilen.
When to move to stomatology

Some findings do not correspond to general dentistry.

When oral mucosal lesions, persistent symptoms, or relevant medical history appear, stomatology evaluation is preferable to define diagnosis, biopsy need, or interdisciplinary management.
